In an ongoing effort to provide exceptional service, we survey our residents and prospects twice a year using J Turner Research, a multifamily fully-integrated online customer insights platform. The survey results are extremely important to our success as they provide opportunities for us to improve our residents’ lives and experiences, as well as to acknowledge our exceptional team members for the amazing services they provide.
