Brad and Shane did a fantastic job putting my furniture and TV back in its proper place after my painting was done. I had told Brad before we moved about my TV and antenna set-up and that I was concerned it would not work properly if we unplugged it and moved it. I had been told previously if you did that it would have to have new codes put back in which I couldn’t do. He took the time to explain it would be ok even though they were busy. Brad and Shane went the extra mile and made sure they plugged all my extension cords back in and the TV was exactly where it needed to be. Very kind of both of them! Thx!

The ENTIRE Staff at Abberly Southpoint is TOP TEN in my eyes. Never have we had any issues or concerns. They have all been very responsive, professional and most friendly!! We down sized from a large home we had lived in for 24 years and moved to the property 1 year ago. Wanted to see how we liked "apartment" living before purchasing another home. Love, Love, Love it. Property is very well maintained and managed. The amenities are more than you could ask for. Monthly resident events are fun and interactive. We have recommended the property to many of or friends and one has actually joined us at the community. Highly recommend Abberly at Southpoint!

I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Brian for retrieving my keys and remote from the trash compactor. What a nasty thing to have to do to have to climb into the trash compactor in the sweltering heat. But Brian responded quickly (within minutes) after mayday call to Jenny in the office. If I had lost this key ring it would have been costly and inconvenient as my key fob, mailbox key, apt key, and remote for vehicle were unavailable to me. A huge Thank You to Jenny for contacting Maintenance immediately. Another huge Thank You to Brian for responding immediately and retrieving everything by climbing into compactor. Brian, I really appreciate him but also many KUDOS to the complete maintenance team and office team!! Everyone does a fantastic job and always helps me out immediately with any kind of request or need. Great Team!!!! THANKS!!!!

I've lived in many apartment complexes and Abberly at Southpoint is far and away the nicest community I've lived in. We only hear our neighbors above us on occasion and never hear the neighbors with whom we share walls. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, nice, and accommodating. They make it a point to know our names (and most of our apartment numbers too). The maintenance staff is friendly, fast, TRUSTWORTHY, and knowledgeable. I never worry about having them enter my apartment when I'm not home. I highly recommend this apartment community!
