Lance Goss serves as Vice President for the Apartment Living Division of HHHunt. He oversees the financial and physical operations as well as the sales, marketing and leasing operations for over 8000 HHHunt apartment homes in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Lance’s experience includes oversight of lease up operations, conventional market rate Class A communities, and aging conventional units. He has had training responsibilities within HHHunt University. Lance began his career with HHHunt in 2002 as a Leasing Consultant and has worn many hats since his start. He has been an Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager and Regional Property Manager during his tenure. Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Barton College. He is also a member of the National Apartment Association as well as other local apartment associations.
Donna Gresh serves as Senior Regional Manager for the Apartment Living Division. Currently, she oversees Apartment Living operations for Region One, which includes:
Donna began her career with HHHunt as a Leasing Consultant in 1990. Donna also serves as President for The Hethwood Foundation Board of Directors, which is the homeowner’s association for both Hethwood and Foxridge – a total of 1728 units.
Melinda Harris Dunford serves as Area Manager in Region One and overseas Virginia properties in Blacksburg and Glen Allen. Foxridge in Blacksburg, a community of 1728 apartment homes, offers student housing to nearby Virginia Tech. The Gardens at Twin Hickory, a 378 apartment home community, is situated in one of HHHunt’s master planned communities in Glen Allen. Melinda began her career in the multifamily industry in 1997. She was named Property Manager of the year by both HHHunt and the New River Valley Chapter of the Virginia Apartment Management Association. Melinda maintains the National Apartment Association designations of National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). She is an instructor for educational courses to develop the next generation of property management professionals. An advocate for our business community, she has served the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce in a leadership and advisory capacity collectively for over 12 years, including Chairman of the Board in 2017. Melinda is a past President of NRV ABWA and was named the MRCC Business Person of the Year in 2013. Melinda was honored in 2017 with the NRVAC Industry Achievement Award for her career contributions to the multifamily housing industry.
Ashleigh Fisher began her career with HHHunt in 2010 as a Leasing Consultant for Abberly Green. Since then, she has served as the Assistant and Community Manager and was promoted to Area Manager in 2018. Ashleigh oversees Abberly Woods in Charlotte and Abberly Green in Mooresville. In 2014, she won Community Manager of the Year and lead the Abberly Green team in 2012 and 2016 when they were awarded Property of Year. Ashleigh graduated from Central Michigan University with a business degree in Marketing. She is a member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the Mooresville Chamber of Commerce. Ashleigh is committed to fulfilling HHHunt's mission and vision.
LaCole Gadson is the Senior Regional Property Manager of Region Three which includes all of HHHunt’s apartment communities in North Carolina and South Carolina. She has several years of experience in the industry, starting her career as a Leasing Consultant and quickly rising to the position of Property Manager. In 2010, LaCole joined HHHunt as the Property Manager for Abberly Village, a new lease-up community. She was honored by HHHunt in 2013 as the Property Manager of the Year and also received the Lateral Service Award in 2015.
During much of LaCole’s career, she was involved with the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (AAGC). She chaired the program and education committee for numerous years and taught several courses as well. LaCole served three terms as a member of the AAGC Board of Directors, most recently serving as Secretary for the 2017 term. She received the AAGC’s 2004 Direct Member of the Year Award, 2007 and 2008 Educator of the Year Award and 2012 Property Manager of the Year award.
LaCole graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She also has her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association.
Casey Viator serves as the Area Manager for our apartment communities in Maryland. She oversees Abberly Crest in Lexington Park and Abberly Square in Waldorf. Casey began her career in 2001 in the multi-housing industry. She holds a tax credit certification and is a certified occupancy specialist through the National Center for Housing Management. In 2016, Casey was named HHHunt’s Employee of the Year, and in 2017, she was named Community Manager of the Year. She is an active member in the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce. She has a passion for helping others and living HHHunt’s brand promises.
Gabrielle Bouknight Gabrielle Bouknight serves as the Director of Training and Development for the Apartment Living Division. Gabrielle oversees Vision, a learning management system for all Apartment Living Division employees, leadership and employee development, and training and branding initiatives. In this role, she also oversees various Employee Centered initiatives such as onboarding and core class training for new employees, leads an employee focus group and is a facilitator for HHHunt University. Gabrielle joined HHHunt in 2007 as an Executive Director in the Senior Living Division. In 2009, she transitioned into the Apartment Living Division where she assisted with the lease up and management of Ashton Pointe and Auston Chase and served as a Regional Manager in both South and North Carolina. She has received Property Manager of the Year and Team Excellence Awards, and holds her CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association.
Edward Shaffer is the Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. He has over 35+ years of industry experience in service/maintenance operations in the multifamily industry. Ed oversees the maintenance operations, asset management, capital projects and maintenance training for the division. He also assists with plan review and inspections for all new construction. Ed is a member of both the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. He serves on the board for GCAA Education Institute and serves as a subject matter expert at the NAA’s Apartmentalize Conference. He also facilitates the EPA Section 608 Exam as a proctor. Ed is CAM-T Certified and a Certified Pool Operator. Ed joined HHHunt in 2007 as a Service Manager at Abberly Woods in Charlotte, NC and was promoted to Director of Maintenance Operations in 2013.
Brad Lahocki is the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. Brad assists with the maintenance operations, asset management and maintenance training for the division. He also performs inspections for all new construction projects that we build and operate. Brad holds a myriad of certifications such as Certified Pool Operator, EPA Universal Certified and Fair Housing Certified and has won many accolades during his tenure. Brad joined HHHunt in 2006 as a Service Manager at Abberly Twin Hickory in Glen Allen, VA and was promoted to Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations in 2019.
Jennifer S. Moran serves as Faculty Member in HHHunt University - College of Apartment Living. With over two decades of experience in this field, Jennifer helps facilitate courses that help our employees grow and master their skillset. Jennifer also oversees our Telephone Performance Analysis program and works closely with our employees on improving telephone sales skills. In 2001, Jennifer joined the HHHunt Apartment Living Team as a Regional Property Manager.
