Lance Goss serves as the Senior Vice President for the Apartment Living Division of HHHunt. He oversees the strategic direction of the division as well as the financial and physical operations, which includes sales, marketing, maintenance, and leasing operations for over 8500 HHHunt apartment homes in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.
With a strong foundation in HHHunt’s Brand Promises, Values and Commitments, Lance is a member of the steering committee for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. He is also an active member of the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board. He is also an active participant in the National Apartment Association as well as other local apartment associations throughout HHHunt’s footprint. Lance has also had training responsibilities through HHHunt University.
During his tenure at HHHunt, Lance has been keenly focused on enhancing the HHHunt Apartment Living experience by focusing on making living and working at an HHHunt community easy and the best place to call home. He has partnered with key clients on development of operational enhancements to aid us in this pursuit. He continues to think outside of the box and works to enhance both the resident and employee experience. Lance has been active in the multifamily industry since 2002 when he began as an on-site Leasing Professional and started developing experience in all on-site positions. He was just recently promoted to Senior Vice President in Fall of 2022. During his time, Lance was awarded several prestigious awards through the Triangle Apartment Association and through HHHunt. Those accolades include Leasing Consultant of the Year, a 3-time winner of the Community Manager of the Year Award, Team Excellence Award and most recently the You Rule Award, a special award given by Buck Hunt, CEO of HHHunt.
When not working, Lance loves to travel and visiting new places both domestically and internationally. He has a passion for new experiences and cultures and can be found reading and taking lots of historical tours when on his endeavors.
Lance received a bachelor's degree from Barton College in Communications with a minor in Business Administration.
LaCole Gadson is a driven and accomplished professional who thrives on operational excellence and is currently the Director of Operations for the Apartment Living Division of HHHunt. With a strong background in the industry, LaCole's journey with HHHunt began in 2010 as the Community Manager of the new lease-up, Abberly Village. Her outstanding performance earned her the prestigious title of Community Manager of the Year in 2013, and she has since climbed the ranks, most recently holding the position of Senior Regional Manager before assuming her current role.
In addition to her exceptional accomplishments in her career, LaCole is a genuine enthusiast of education, reading, and traveling. Fueled by her love for literature, she successfully obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of Charleston. With an unwavering determination to excel in her chosen field, she furthered her education by acquiring the esteemed designations of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Professional Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association. LaCole's passion for knowledge extends beyond her professional endeavors, as she finds joy in embarking on exciting journeys to broaden her horizons and spark her creativity.
LaCole's dedication to the apartment industry doesn't stop there. She actively serves as the President of the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (AAGC), displaying her strong commitment to advancing industry education. Over the years, she has been an integral part of various AAGC committees and held several positions on the board, reflecting her desire to make a positive impact on the community.
Continuing her pursuit of knowledge and leadership development, LaCole recently achieved a Master's in Management and Leadership from Webster University in May 2023. Her relentless drive for improvement and passion for her work continue to make her an inspiring figure in the world of apartment living. With her love for reading and traveling, LaCole is a well-rounded individual who seeks to enrich both her personal and professional life.
Donna Gresh serves as Senior Regional Manager for the Apartment Living Division. She has extensive experience in property management and all the complexities in the mid-Atlantic Region. She has been active member in VAMA (Virginia Apartment and Management Association) for over 20+ years. Donna is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is a huge Hokie fan. Donna began her career with HHHunt as a Leasing Consultant in 1990. Donna oversees Apartment Living operations for Region 2, which is:
Melinda Harris Dunford serves as Regional Manager in Region 3 for the Apartment Living Division. Melinda began her career in the multifamily industry in 1997 and has spent much of her career in Virginia. She maintains the National Apartment Association designations of National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). Melinda also serves as an instructor for educational courses to develop the next generation of property management professionals. She is a member of the Community Association Institute, with experience managing multifamily assets as part of planned communities and housing associations. An advocate for the business community, she has served in numerous chamber of commerce and business organizations in a leadership and advisory capacity, including serving as president and chairperson of the board for multiple organizations. An award-winning veteran of the industry, Melinda has been named Community Manager and Employee of the Year by both HHHunt and the New River Valley Chapter of the Virginia Apartment Management Association. She also was named the MRCC Business Person of the Year in 2013 and honored in 2017 with the NRVA Industry Achievement Award for her career contributions in the multifamily housing industry.

Casey Viator serves as the Regional Manager for our apartment communities in Maryland & Northern Virginia. Casey began her career in 2001 in the multi-housing industry. She has been with HHHunt since 2008, she served as the Community Manager for Abberly Crest, in Maryland for 9 years. She holds a tax credit certification, Fair Housing Certification and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management & a Member of the Maryland Multi Housing Association. In 2016, Casey was named HHHunt’s Employee of the Year, and in 2017 & 2020, she was named Community Manager of the Year. She is an active member in the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce. She has a passion for helping others and living HHHunt’s brand promises.

Mary Mockridge serves as Regional Manager and oversees multifamily assets in Region 4. She began her career with HHHunt in 2013 as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly Village. Since then, she has served as the Assistant and Community Manager at Abberly Village. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia and holds her CAM designation through the Nation Apartment Association. She has been named Community Manager of the Year by both HHHunt and the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia. Mary oversees Apartment Living Operations in Region 4, which is:
Kristen Sabiston serves as the Area Manager and oversees multifamily assets in Region 3A. Kristen began her career with HHHunt in 2014, where she served as the Community Manager at Abberly Woods. She has then since served at Community Manager of Abberly Liberty Crossing. Kristen has won both Community Manager of the Year and the Collaborative Team Spirit Award during her tenure and has over 20 years of industry experience. She is a member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. Kristen graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a degree in Communications.Kristen oversees Apartment Living Operations in Area 3A, which is:
Edward Shaffer is the Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. He has over 40+ years of industry experience in service/maintenance operations in the multifamily industry. Ed oversees the maintenance operations, asset management, capital projects and maintenance training for the division. He also assists with plan review and inspections for all new construction. Ed is a member of both the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. He serves on the board for GCAA Education Institute and served as a subject matter expert at the NAA’s Apartmentalize Conference. He also facilitates the EPA Section 608 Exam as a proctor. Ed is CAM-T Certified and a Certified Pool Operator. Ed joined HHHunt in 2007 as a Service Manager at Abberly Woods in Charlotte, North Carolina and was promoted to Director of Maintenance Operations in 2013. In 2023 Ed was inducted into the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s Education Hall of Fame.
Brad Lahocki is the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. Brad assists with the maintenance operations, asset management and maintenance training for the division. He also performs inspections for all new construction projects that we build and operate. Brad holds a myriad of certifications such as Certified Pool Operator, EPA Universal Certified and Fair Housing Certified and has won many accolades during his tenure. Brad joined HHHunt in 2006 as a Service Manager at Abberly Twin Hickory in Glen Allen, Virginia and was promoted to Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations in 2019.
Marty Ott is the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. Marty assists with the maintenance operations, asset management, and maintenance training for HHHunt. He also performs pre-REAC and new construction inspections across the HHHunt portfolio. Marty brings more than 20 years of experience to HHHunt and holds many certifications, including being a Certified Pool Operator, EPA certified, CAMT designation through the National Apartment Association and is a proctor for EPA testing. He has won many awards within HHHunt for outstanding service, knowledge, and his vast experience in the multifamily maintenance industry. Marty joined HHHunt in 2010 as Service Manager at Abberly West Ashley in South Carolina and was promoted to Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations in 2023.
