Lance Goss
Lance Goss
Vice President

Lance Goss serves as the Vice President for the Apartment Living Division of HHHunt. He oversees the strategic direction of the division as well as the financial and physical operations which includes sales, marketing, maintenance and leasing operations for over 8500 HHHunt apartment homes in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

With a strong foundation in HHHunt’s Brand Promises, Values and Commitments, Lance is a member of the steering committee for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. He is also an active member of the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board. He has training responsibilities through HHHunt University. He is also an active participant in the National Apartment Association as well as other local apartment associations throughout HHHunt’s footprint.

During his tenure at HHHunt, Lance has partnered with key clients on development of operational enhancements. He continues to think outside of the box and works to enhance both the resident and employee experience. Lance has been active in the multifamily industry since 2002 when he began as an on-site Leasing Professional and started developing experience in all on-site positions. This eventually lead to his promotion to Area Manager, Regional Property Manager, Director of Operations and finally to VP of Apartment Living in in 2020. In 2022, Lance was honored with the You Rule Award presented at our annual awards banquet.

Lance received a bachelor's degree from Barton College.

Lacole Gadson
Lacole Gadson
Director of Operations

LaCole Gadson is the Director of Operations for the Apartment Living Division of HHHunt. She is responsible for initiatives and plans that lead to operational excellence. With several years of experience in the industry, she joined HHHunt in 2010 as the Community Manager of a new lease-up, Abberly Village. LaCole was honored by HHHunt in 2013 as the Community Manager of the Year. She most recently served as Senior Regional Manager prior to assuming her current role.

As an avid supporter of industry education, LaCole participates in member activities of local apartment associations and the National Apartment Association (NAA). She chaired the program and education committees for the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (AAGC) for numerous years and taught several courses as well. She also served three terms as a member of the AAGC’s Board of Directors and has been recognized as Direct Member of the Year, Educator of the Year and Property Manager of the Year with the AAGC.

LaCole graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She also has her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Professional Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management and Leadership through Webster University.

Senior Regional Manager

Donna Gresh serves as Senior Regional Manager for the Apartment Living Division. Currently, she oversees Apartment Living operations for Region one and two, which includes:

  • Abberly CenterPointe and Abberly Twin Hickory in the Richmond, Virginia area
  • Abberly at Southpoint in Fredericksburg, Virginia
  • Abberly Waterstone in Stafford, Virginia
  • Abberly Avera in Manassas, Virginia
  • Abberly Square in Waldorf, Maryland
  • Abberly Crest in Lexington Park, Maryland

Donna began her career with HHHunt as a Leasing Consultant in 1990.

Ashleigh Fisher
Ashleigh Fisher
Regional Manager

Ashleigh Fisher began her career with HHHunt in 2010 as a Leasing Consultant for Abberly Green. Since then, she has served as the Assistant and Community Manager both at Abberly Green.  While leading the Abberly Green Team, she won Community Manager of the Year and also Community of the Year in 2012 and 2016.  Ashleigh was promoted to Regional Manager in 2018 and oversees the following communities in North Carolina:

  • Abberly Green in Mooresville, North Carolina
  • Abberly Woods in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Abberly Liberty Crossing in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Abberly Grove in Raleigh, North Carolina
  • Abberly Place in Garner, North Carolina
  • Abberly Solaire in Garner, North Carolina

She is a member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the Mooresville Chamber of Commerce. Ashleigh is committed to fulfilling HHHunt's mission and vision. Ashleigh graduated from Central Michigan University with a business degree in Marketing.

Melinda Dunford
Melinda Dunford
Regional Manager

Melinda Harris Dunford serves as Regional Manager in Region 4 and oversees multifamily assets in HHHunt’s South Carolina properties, which include Abberly Market Point (Greenville), Abberly Village (Columbia), Abberly Crossing (Ladson), Abberly West Ashley (Charleston), Abberly Pointe (Beaufort), and Abberly Chase (Ridgeland). Melinda began her career in the multifamily industry in 1997 and has spent much of her career in Virginia. She maintains the National Apartment Association designations of National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). Melinda also serves as an instructor for educational courses to develop the next generation of property management professionals. She is a member of the Community Association Institute, with experience managing multifamily assets as part of planned communities and housing associations. An advocate for the business community, she has served in numerous chamber of commerce and business organizations in a leadership and advisory capacity, including serving as president and chairperson of the board for multiple organizations. An award-winning veteran of the industry, Melinda has been named Community Manager and Employee of the Year by both HHHunt and the New River Valley Chapter of the Virginia Apartment Management Association. She also was named the MRCC Business Person of the Year in 2013 and honored in 2017 with the NRVA Industry Achievement Award for her career contributions in the multifamily housing industry.

Casey Viator

Area Manager

Casey Viator serves as the Area Manager for our apartment communities in Maryland. She oversees Abberly Crest in Lexington Park and Abberly Square in Waldorf. Casey began her career in 2001 in the multi-housing industry. She holds a tax credit certification and is a certified occupancy specialist through the National Center for Housing Management. In 2016, Casey was named HHHunt’s Employee of the Year, and in 2017, she was named Community Manager of the Year. She is an active member in the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce. She has a passion for helping others and living HHHunt’s brand promises.

Director of Training and Development

Gabrielle Bouknight Gabrielle Bouknight serves as the Director of Training and Development for the Apartment Living Division. Gabrielle oversees Vision, a learning management system for all Apartment Living Division employees, leadership and employee development, and training and branding initiatives. In this role, she also oversees various Employee Centered initiatives such as onboarding and core class training for new employees, leads an employee focus group and is a facilitator for HHHunt University. Gabrielle joined HHHunt in 2007 as an Executive Director in the Senior Living Division. In 2009, she transitioned into the Apartment Living Division where she assisted with the lease up and management of Ashton Pointe and Auston Chase and served as a Regional Manager in both South and North Carolina. She has received Property Manager of the Year and Team Excellence Awards, and holds her CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association.

Ed Shaffer

Director of Maintenance Operations

Edward Shaffer is the Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. He has over 35+ years of industry experience in service/maintenance operations in the multifamily industry.  Ed oversees the maintenance operations, asset management, capital projects and maintenance training for the division. He also assists with plan review and inspections for all new construction. Ed is a member of both the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.  He serves on the board for GCAA Education Institute and serves as a subject matter expert at the NAA’s Apartmentalize Conference. He also facilitates the EPA Section 608 Exam as a proctor.  Ed is CAM-T Certified and a Certified Pool Operator. Ed joined HHHunt in 2007 as a Service Manager at Abberly Woods in Charlotte, North Carolina and was promoted to Director of Maintenance Operations in 2013.

Brad Lahocki

Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations

Brad Lahocki is the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations for the HHHunt Apartment Living Division. Brad assists with the maintenance operations, asset management and maintenance training for the division. He also performs inspections for all new construction projects that we build and operate.  Brad holds a myriad of certifications such as Certified Pool Operator, EPA Universal Certified and Fair Housing Certified and has won many accolades during his tenure. Brad joined HHHunt in 2006 as a Service Manager at Abberly Twin Hickory in Glen Allen, Virginia and was promoted to Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations in 2019.

Jennifer Moran
Jennifer Moran
Faculty Member, HHHunt University

Jennifer S. Moran serves as Faculty Member in HHHunt University - College of Apartment Living. With over two decades of experience in this field, Jennifer helps facilitate courses that help our employees grow and master their skillset.  Jennifer also oversees our Telephone Performance Analysis program and works closely with our employees on improving telephone sales skills. In 2001, Jennifer joined the HHHunt Apartment Living Team as a Regional Property Manager.
