What did their mission look like over the past year?
The pandemic has dominated everyone’s lives since March 2020 and our service teams have been on the front line of the fight against COVID-19 in our communities.
The incredible service team members at our apartment living communities are a great example of our company’s commitment to serve others.
Members of our service teams worked daily to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. They adjusted to unpredictable circumstances and demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt, from practicing social distancing to using personal protective equipment.
Service team members continued to respond to maintenance requests with a friendly demeanor and a smile underneath their masks.
Our residents recognize the amazing efforts of our service teams as well. They’ve shared countless comments and reviews praising our teams. Among some of the most common comments are:
