This new package will allow our residents to personalize their apartments’ features to their exact specifications.
Set Your Scene
The new ADT home automation system will allow residents to create specific “scenes.” Scenes are pre-programmed settings for lighting, temperature, and more. Returning after a long day at work and ready to relax? The scenes function can be customized to adjust the thermostat and lights in your apartment home when you come within proximity of the property through app-based geo-fencing. You won’t have to spend time fussing with everything when you walk in the door – it will be perfectly matched to your settings. Residents will have the opportunity to set up a variety of scenes to fit whatever mood they are in.
Quick Response for Maintenance Requests
One of the most exciting benefits of this new package is its ability to seamlessly integrate into our property management software to help our teams support you more efficiently. ADT’s integration with our property management software, Yardi, will also streamline residents’ move-in and move-out process and reduce the time required for property maintenance requests.

Every feature offered in our new smart home package will be easily accessible on your phone through a mobile application. That means you can take care of most things no matter where you are. Forgot to lock the door? We’ve got that covered. What about turning off a light? That is covered as well. The new smart home package will allow you to spend more time doing the things you love rather than worrying about the small stuff.
